Well guess what? That's what we did. We went ahead and included all of the above in order to make this fantastic jacket. The Waxed Cotton is from Halley Stevensons of Dundee, Scotland. The waterproof microfibre lining id from Olmetex of Lake Como Italy - They make the best microfibre in the world. The pure Goose Down comes from Thindown. a Canadian Italian joint-venture. It is the most Innovative use of down and gives a much warmer product than traditional methods of producing Down jackets.The luxurious goosedown is sandwiched between a fine film and is cut into the shape of the pattern pieces. Eliminating any cold spots that occur with traditional methods. We should add that the Down is ethically traceable too and no animals were harmed in harvesting it.
