Ventile M65 Waterproof Cotton Jacket

Making it from the excellent Ventile fabric produced by Stotz in Switzerland, means we can remain faithful to what this jacket was meant to be. Over 50 years the jacket has become a bit of a fashion icon, but with that comes the constant downgrading of it due to price. We're not saying ours is the only good one, but it is one of the best if you compare fabric and origin of manufacture as we make it ourselves here in York UK. It's worth pointing out that Ventile fabric costs around 6 times more than most of the fabrics that you see this jacket made in. The jacket is available as a waterproof/breathable single layer, or with an optional £170 zip in ventile inner layer (see separate product listing for M65 Liner for the extra cost with the lining) that will keep you dry all day. This was how the original one was made.
