Pure Goose down lightweight Jacket

The beauty of this jacket is its combination of light weight and warmth. As well as being waterproof. Both the outer and inner shell are constructed from waterproof microfibre that we purchase from one of the worlds leading exponents for this type of fabric. Olmetex, based in Lake Como, Italy. The 130gm filling is made from Pure Goose Down and it uses a revolutionary new technology in down production. The goose down is carefully sandwiched between two lightweight layers of protective felt tissue. It means that unlike other Down products, there are no 'cold spots' caused where the seams must be created to fill and hold the down. We buy this filling from an Italian/Canadian joint venture company called Thindown. They are also based in Italy. Everything is beautifully trimmed with Merino wool tweed from Lovat Mills of Scotland and the nubuck leather comes from Tanneries Pechdo of France.

This Jacket is a pleasure to wear. It will keep you warm and dry to temperatures as low as -20C and to emphasise again. It is waterproof. Most down jackets are not. It also has a packaway down filled hood that is concealed in the collar.

Several colours are available as listed. Please specify lining colour preferred. Any of the outer colours can also be the lining colour. Matching, tonal or contrast!
