The Prufrock Deluxe' Tweed Field Coat - Choice of 50 Tweeds

A best in class top of the range Luxury Field Coat available in 50 different tweeds. We only use 2 ply Merino wool tweed from Lovat Mill of Scotland. Choose your preferred tweed from the pics. Make a note of its number and select it at checkout, then buy the size required and we will have it on the cutting table in no time! (we will also email you for any special requirements, i.e sleeve length etc), or you may prefer a Wool collar instead of leather. We will also send you a swatch of the tweed.

The Leather trim is French Cowbelly from Tanneries Pechdo of France and the lining is a waterproof 100% cotton from Halley Stevensons of Scotland. Unlike nearly all tweed field coats on the market, we do not use a harmful to the environment plastic based membrane in this product.

All of the checks are properly matched and during assembly, various parts are canvas fused with three different types of canvas. The crisp, clean quality and the raw material used will allow you to understand why this is one of the most beautiful field coats on the market.

The coat is reliably finished off using a size 10 antique brass zip by Riri of Switzerland (most are standard size 8 but we have these made for us) and securely fastened with a reassuringly heavy brass snap fastener
